Thank you to everyone who submitted feedback on coaches to away games. For a more detailed summary, please follow the link at the end of this post, however, for those who want a quick read, these are the highlights!
Based on your feedback, the Trust will endeavor to ensure the following:
- That as much notice as possible be given to fans of available coaches. Moving forward, we hope to do this at the beginning of each season. For now, we have announced the coaches we hope to run for the remainder of this season (see bottom of post) with prices.
- That in addition to advertising on Twitter, Facebook, Urban 75 and through announcements at matches, we will put up posters at Champion Hill and make better use of the DHST and DHFC websites.
- The proceeds from the onboard raffle will be used to subsidise the cost of the coach in order to make running the coach more viable.
- That whenever possible members of the Trust Board will continue to host coaches, and to appoint trusted volunteers to do so in their absence.
Please note that we cannot run coaches at less than 50% capacity. In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel a coach, we will give fans as much notice as possible.
Seats will need to be paid for upfront and money will refunded in the event of a cancellation.
