DHST Finances

The Trust is formally constituted as a Registered Society. It is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), to whom it must submit an Annual Return.

The Trust also has to prepare annual accounts within seven months of the end of its financial year (31st December). These are independently checked, reviewed at the AGM and are also submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority.
