The latest Board meeting of the Dulwich Hamlet Supporters’ Trust took place on 3 August. The full Minutes are available here.

The main issues related to the ground development, governance of the Trust and business planning for a fan-owned club. To help with the last issue, it was agreed to co-opt Matt Purser onto the Board. Matt has wide experience of financial and business planning that will be an asset to the Trust over the next year.

Mel Hughes has been extremely busy in planning and organising for the new season in the Mega Shed, which is reflected in the discussion of a number of issues, including new merchandise.

Most of our Board meetings take place at the Football Club, so thanks to the Football Committee and Hadley for allowing us to use the facilities.
