Notices have been sent to all Members that DHST’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on 29 June 2017 at 7.00pm in the Club Bar. All DHST Members are welcome and eligible to attend the AGM and it is a great opportunity to hear about all that DHST has achieved this year and the plans for next year.

The AGM is also the time that DHST announces who will be elected to serve on the Board for the 2017/2018 season. This year there will be at least four vacancies made available for new elections to the Board, and the notice to Members includes details of how to make a nomination.

Being on the DHST Board is a great way to volunteer time to help the Club, meet new people, and learn new skills. Nominations are welcome from anyone who is over the age of 18 and is a paid up Member of DHST.

Please note: to be eligible to make a nomination, second a nomination or be eligible to vote in this years trust elections you must be a member of the trust or renew your membership (if it has expired). The cut off date for joining and being able to vote in the election is 28 May.
