The eagle-eyed and beer-minded will already know about the 3rd annual CAMRA Beer Festival, taking place at Champion Hill on Saturday 23 May.

Now there's an additional reason to get yourself along to the festival and enjoy some well-selected beers - the Dulwich Hamlet Supporters' Trust will also be hosting DUFTS: The Inaugural Dulwich Hamlet Dog Show as part of the afternoon.

Our friends at The Dandy Hound in Peckham Rye are kindly offering a free bath and tidy groom for the dog that wins Best in Show!

We're donating profits from the event to Care Dogs, a south-London based befriending charity that combats loneliness by linking up isolated older people with dogs and their owners, for walks and companionship.

Dogs of all sizes and persuasions are welcome - and yours could be the star of the show! Bring your furry friend to help us make the first show a success. 'How many dogs?' As many as possible!
