Save Dulwich Hamlet 2 - Judicial Review

Save Dulwich Hamlet 2 - Judicial Review

3rd Oct 2022

It’s never boring at Dulwich Hamlet.

Those who have been with us for a while will remember 2018 when we were unable to play at Champion Hill and had to relocate to Tooting and Mitcham, all the while fighting the Save Dulwich Hamlet campaign, in an effort to get ourselves back home and secure the future of Dulwich Hamlet Football Club. It’s not an exaggeration to say that this was an existential situation for the club, but the work put in by the Club, the Save Dulwich Hamlet campaign group, the Supporters Trust members and the community as a whole ensured that we’re still here and still proud to represent our community.

As can be seen in the below Chairmans Column, we're once again reaching a time where we have to come together to fight for the club we love. A judicial review is to be held on December 6th, during which the decision to grant planning permission for our new stadium will be challenged. Should this not be resolved quickly, then we face a very real risk of not being able to play next season.

We are developing timetables and events to ensure you are all fully aware of the situation as it develops and what you can do to help. For now, it is more important than ever that you join the Trust, and that we unite to ensure we have a bright future.
