The AGM will be held in the bar at Champion Hill and via Zoom. The bar will be open.

Any member can appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf, by notifying the trust in writing (including by email to info@dhst.org.uk) before the staert of the meeting. A proxy does not need to be a Trust member. Only the Chair of the meeting can act as proxy for more than three people.

We'd also be really grateful if you would renew your Trust membership for the 2023-24 season, by clicking here. 2922-23 memberships will expire at the end of July 2023. If you have joined or renewed since 1 May, your membership is already valid for 2023-24 and you do not need to take any further action.
