Supporters' Trust Appoint Third Director

12th Jan 2026

Last week Chloe Rowlatt, was appointed as a director of Dulwich Hamlet Football Club and becomes the Supporters’ Trust’s third director currently sitting on the club board.

Founded in 2002, since its formation one of the key fundamentals of the Trust is to support and enable a secure future for Dulwich Hamlet Football Club.  Fast forward to today, our significant financial investment in the club’s shareholding sees us currently holding a 33.49% stake in the club giving us our representation at club director level.

Having been a regular supporter since the 2016/17 season, Chloe was elected to the Trust Board in the summer of 2023, and will now join fellow Trust directors Nick Igoe and Mark Scoltock on the Club Board.

Our first club director was appointed back in May 2020 when Duncan Chapman, having been heavily involved in campaigning to get the club back to Champion Hill following its exile from East Dulwich, was nominated by the Trust Board.

This was quickly followed by the appointment of Mel Hughes in June 2020.  Whilst Mel is no longer one of the Supporters’ Trust representatives on the club board, she stayed on as a director and is currently the club’s General Manager.

Unfortunately, shortly after his appointment, Duncan became ill and his position on the club board was then temporarily covered by Mark.  Mark’s place on the club board was made permanent, being appointed a director following the sad passing of Duncan in November 2022.

Nick was elected to the Trust Board in June 2022. His professional experience, working previously as a financial director at a Premiership club alongside his continual work with the Football Supporters Association, made him a perfect candidate and, following approval, he was also appointed a club director in June 2024.
