Supporters' Trust Nominated Directors
Mark Scoltock on 10th May 2026
The Supporters’ Trust recently nominated its latest representative club director to sit on the club’s board. We were delighted to see the club confirm our nominated director, Chloe Rowlatt, who joined the club board in January this year. This brings the current total number of active Trust directors to three out of the eight directors that currently make up the club board.
All three of our current directors have previously sat or currently sit on the Supporters’ Trust board, having initially put themselves forward to be elected by our members to represent them. Having three nominated club directors gives the Supporters’ Trust a direct influence in the governance and ownership of the club.
Since our foundation in 2002, one of the key fundamentals of the Trust has been to support and enable a secure future for Dulwich Hamlet Football Club. Our representation at club director level is now stronger than it’s ever been, helping us to achieve that goal. This complements the Supporters’ Trust's growing investment in the club; our current shareholding amounts to one third ownership of Dulwich Hamlet Football Club.
Each season we offer a minimum of four positions on our Supporters’ Trust board via election, and nominations are now open.
If you’re not sure what you can offer the Trust board but want to get involved, you can contact existing Trust board members to find out more about it and how you can help.

Trust Appointed Club Directors - a short history
Following the restructure of the football club board in 2018, Duncan Chapman become the first Trust appointed club director in May 2020. This was quickly followed with the appointment of a second Trust appointed director, Mel Hughes, in June 2020.
These appointments followed on from the Supporters’ Trust investment in the club, now totalling a third ownership of Dulwich Hamlet.
Unfortunately, shortly after his appointment, Duncan became ill and his position on the club board was temporarily covered by Mark Scoltock. Mark was then formally appointed a Trust appointed club director following the sad passing of Duncan in November 2022.
Mel Hughes came to the end of her term as one of the two Supporters' Trust nominated directors in December 2024, and the Trust was pleased to see that Mel continued into the present day as a director of the club in an independent capacity.
Nick Igoe replaced Mel on the board as a Supporters' Trust representative, bringing his vast experience of working within the game to the club board.
