Supporters' Trust Nominated Directors

10th May 2026

The Supporters’ Trust recently nominated its latest representativeclub director to sit on the club’s board. We were delighted to see the Club confirm our nominated Director, Chloe Rowlatt,  who joined the club board in January this year. , bringing the current total number of active Trust Directors to three out of the eight directors currently making up the club board.

All three of our current directors have sat or currently sit on the Supporters’ Trust board having initially put themselves forward to be elected by our members to represent them. Having three nominated club directors allows the Supporters’ Trust to have a direct influence in the governance and ownership of the Club.

Since our foundation in 2002, one of the key fundamentals of the Trust has been to support and enable a secure future for Dulwich Hamlet Football Club.  Fast forward to today, our representation at club director level is stronger than it’s ever been, helping us to achieve that goal. These appointments followed on from the Supporters’ Trust investment in the club and our current shareholding amounts to a third ownership of Dulwich Hamlet football club.

Each season we offer a minimum of four positions on our Supporters’ Trust Baord via election, and nominations are now open (link to election article).

If you’re not sure what you can offer the Trust Board but want to get involved, then existing and past Trust Board members will be more than happy to discuss.

Please email them in the first instance and they will set something up.

Following the restructure of the football club board in 2018, Duncan Chapman become the first Trust appointed club director in May 2020 and this was quickly followed with the appointment of a second Trust appointed director Mel Hughes in June 2020.

These appointments followed on from the Supporters’ Trust investment in the club and our current shareholding amounts to a third ownership of Dulwich Hamlet football club.

Unfortunately, shortly after his appointment, Duncan became ill and his position on the club board was then temporarily covered by Mark Scoltock.  Mark’s place on the club board was made permanent, being appointed a director following the sad passing of Duncan in November 2022.

Mel Hughes came to the end of her term as one of the two Supporters' Trust nominated directors in December 2024, and the Trust was pleased to see that Mel continued as a director of the club in an independent capacity. A position she still holds today.

Taking Mel’s place as representing the Supporters' Trust was Nick Igoe, bringing his vast experience of working within the game to the club Board.
