First meeting of the new DHST Board 2015
14th Jul 2015
The first meeting of the newly constituted DHST Board took place on 7 July at the Football Club boardroom. The full minutes are available here.
James Masini, the out-going Chair, welcomed all the new Board members. As you can imagine for a new Board there was a lot to get through, and the staff at Champion Hill were pulling down the shutters while the last items were still being debated.
All Board roles and responsibilities were agreed at the meeting and are set out in the Minutes. The new Chair is Duncan Hart. Amongst other items, it was agreed that the Trust Governance and Vision document should be put up on the website for the views of all supporters – so please do have a look at the document and add your comments when it is shared in the coming days.
Planning was agreed for the DHST gazebo at the Lambeth Country show on 18 and 19 July at Brockwell Park where we will be promoting the Football Club and the Trust. The gazebo will be in the Active Zone, towards the top of the park. So if you are attending on either day come along and say hello to Trust members that will be in attendance.
A number of issues relating to the Mega Shed and merchandising options, including possible new items were discussed. On the community front, a number of potential funding applications and projects have been identified.
