A reminder that the deadline for nominations to join the Supporters’ Trust Board is rapidly approaching! You have until midnight on Sunday 28th May to make your nominations. Being on the DHST Board is a great way to volunteer time to help the Club, meet new people, and learn new skills. Nominations are welcome from anyone who is over the age of 18 and is a paid up member of DHST.

Please note: to be eligible to make a nomination, second a nomination or be eligible to vote in any election you must be a member of the Trust or renew your membership (if it has expired). The cut off date for joining and being able to vote in the election is midnight on Sunday 28th May. The announcement of successful candidates will be made at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) which takes place on 29th June at 7pm in the Club bar. All DHST Members are welcome and eligible to attend the AGM and it is a great opportunity to hear about all that DHST has achieved this year and the plans for next year.

The AGM is also the time that DHST announces who will be elected to serve on the Board for the 2017/2018 season. This year there will be at least four vacancies made available for new elections to the Board. Standing down from the Board are Duncan Hart, Andy Greig, Walter Johnson and Matt Purser. We thank them all for the time and effort they have put in not just in during the last year but also the preceding years in the case of Duncan and Andy who are long term Board members. We are pleased that although Matt has formally stood down he is willing to advise on the fan ownership business planning work that will become increasingly important next year.
