The DHST AGM will take place at 7.00 pm on 30 June in the club bar at Dulwich Hamlet Football club. All DHST members are welcome, and new members can attend if they join on the night. Formal notification with further details have been sent out to all members by email. Please check your junk email folder if you have not received it. Those members without email addresses will receive the information in the post later this week. The AGM notification provides details on how to stand for a position on the board and the process for the election. This year the DHST election will involve any existing members who have served for 3 years or more, or have been co-opted (if they wish to stand) and any new individuals that may stand for election. All board members who were elected in 2013 and 2014 have signaled their intentions to continue on the board, with one exception. This means there are 7 vacancies up for election.

At the AGM on 30 June the results of the election will be announced and other business that includes reports from the Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. There will also be an opportunity for questions from Trust members to the board in what has been an extremely busy year for the Trust.
