Six members of the Board will stand down at the Trust AGM on 4 July. We are pleased to say that eight members of the Trust have put themselves forward for nomination to the Board. Thank you to Alex Atack, Gerard Beirne, Sarah Binns, Alex de Jongh, Walter Johnson, Matt Purser, Mark Scoltock and Peter Wright putting themselves forward.

This means an election will take place with voting forms and statements of the eight candidates to be sent out by 6 June to all members aged 18 and over who were registered with the Trust as of 29 May. Members will have until 26 June to return their voting forms.

Many supporters’ trusts rarely have elections due to an unwillingness to take on the responsibilities or lack of interest in being on the Board. It is evidence of the success of the Trust and the Football Club that we will be having an election for the second successive year. We hope that as many members as possible will vote in the election.
