Our members have recently been notified of the Trust's Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will take place on 21st July 2020 at 19:00. Due to. the current COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. All DHST members are welcome, eligible and encouraged to attend the virtual meeting.

The AGM is also the time that DHST announces who will be elected to serve on the Board for the 2020/21 season. This year there will be at least four vacancies made available for new elections to the Board, and the notice to Members in the link below includes details of how to make a nomination.

Being on the DHST Board is a great way to volunteer time to help the Club, meet new people, and learn new skills. Nominations are welcome from anyone who is over the age of 18 and is a paid up Member of DHST. These must arrive no later than the 19th June.

Please note: to be eligible to make a nomination, second a nomination or to vote in this year's trust elections you must be a member of the trust or renew your membership (if it has expired).
